Foundation
Level One
Level 1 is about coming home to your own energy. Before you can facilitate healing in another person, you must develop a felt sense of your own energetic field — how it contracts, expands, absorbs, and flows. This level introduces the Usui lineage, the chakra system as a living map, and the foundational hand positions — but it goes deeper than technique. You receive your Level 1 attunement and begin learning how to use Reiki for your own daily practice, emotional regulation, and nervous system support.

Practitioner
Level Two
Level 2 expands your practice into the world of symbols, intentional direction of energy, and distance healing. You receive the three core Reiki symbols — each one a key to a different dimension of energy work — and learn to use them with precision and purpose. This is also where your intuitive development accelerates: you begin working with clients, reading energy fields, and trusting the information that arrives through your hands and your inner knowing. Sound therapy integration and trauma-informed client care are woven throughout this level.

Advanced
Master Level
The Master level is not simply a more advanced technique — it is an identity shift. You become someone who can pass the gift of Reiki forward. This level initiates you into the Master symbol, teaches you the art and energetics of attuning others, and trains you to design and hold your own Reiki training space. You will also deepen your understanding of advanced energy work: working with the subtle body, clearing ancestral and karmic patterns, and integrating Reiki into a full healing practice. Upon completion, you are qualified to teach and certify others.

It reflects completion of a comprehensive three-level training in the Usui Reiki tradition. While Reiki is not regulated by a single governing body, this certification meets the standards of thorough, embodied professional training.
What does the attunement process look like in an online format?
Attunements are facilitated through a combination of live transmission, guided ceremony, and intentional energetic preparation. Distance attunement is a fully valid and widely practiced approach within Reiki — and in fact, Level 2 teaches distance healing as a core skill. You will be fully prepared and guided through each attunement with care and ritual.
How long does it take to complete all three levels?
The program is self-paced, so you move through it on your own timeline. Many students complete all three levels over three to six months, allowing time for genuine integration between levels. There is no deadline — you have lifetime access to all materials.
