6-Month Live Cohort · Small Group · Trauma-Informed · Nervous System Grounded
Graduate as a Certified Meditation Coach — credentialed, confident, and ready to guide others into a lifetime of practice.
This is not a passive training. It is a six-month immersion in thirteen of the world's most powerful meditation traditions — Vipassana, Yoga Nidra, Zen, Transcendental, Chakra, Metta, and more — woven together with integrated coaching skills, nervous system science, and trauma-informed facilitation. You will practice every method yourself before you ever guide another person through it. You will leave not just certified, but genuinely transformed.

What You Will Learn
You will study, practice, and learn to teach each of the following traditions — not as intellectual concepts, but as living methods you will guide others through with confidence and genuine skill.
Vipassana
Insight meditation from Theravada Buddhism. Observing the arising and passing of sensation without attachment.
Yoga Nidra
Yogic sleep — a guided journey through the layers of consciousness to deep rest and inner knowing.
Breathwork & Pranayama
Conscious breathing as gateway to regulation, presence, and expanded awareness. Classical pranayama techniques.
Kriyas
Purification practices from the Kundalini tradition — active sequences that clear body-mind stagnation.
Body Scan
Systematic somatic awareness — moving attention through the body to cultivate presence and release held tension.
Visualization
Guided imagery for healing, manifestation, and accessing the subconscious mind safely and effectively.
Loving-Kindness (Metta)
The heart-opening practice of directing compassion toward self and others. Transforms inner criticism into care.
Mantra-Based
Sacred sound and repetition to anchor attention, shift state, and access deeper layers of awareness.
Movement Meditation
Integrating conscious awareness with the moving body — including walking meditation and contemplative movement.
Zen
Still sitting, koan practice, and the art of returning. Radical simplicity as a path to direct experience.
Chakra Meditation
Working with the body's energy centers — balancing, clearing, and activating through focused awareness.
Blue Light Meditation
A luminous-mind technique working with light and clarity to calm an overactive mind and open perception.
Transcendental
Effortless mantra-based practice accessing the field of pure awareness beneath thought.
What makes the Rooted Mind different is this: you don't just learn to guide meditations — you learn to coach the whole person. How to identify what blocks a student from practicing consistently. How to work with resistance, perfectionism, trauma, and busy-mind. How to hold a coaching conversation that supports someone in building a practice that actually sticks — for life. This integrated coaching framework is woven through every single module.

Join NowDo I need prior meditation experience?
A personal practice is helpful but not required. Genuine curiosity and a willingness to show up fully matter most. The program meets you exactly where you are.
What does "integrated coaching" mean in this context?
Alongside teaching technique, you learn to support the whole person. You'll understand why people struggle to meditate, how to hold coaching conversations that move through barriers, and how to help clients build a practice that genuinely serves their life.
Will I be qualified to teach all 13 traditions?
You will be trained in and credentialed to facilitate all 13 modalities in this program. As with all meditation teaching, depth deepens with continued practice. This certification gives you a strong ethical foundation to grow into mastery.
How much time does this require weekly?
Plan for 4–6 hours: two live calls per month (90 min each), self-paced module work, personal daily practice, and peer teaching in later months. Consistent presence matters more than perfection.
Can I charge clients right away after graduating?
Yes. By Month Six you'll have your credential, original guided meditations, an understanding of how to structure and price offers, and practical skills to guide sessions and groups professionally. Many graduates begin working with clients during the program itself.
Is this program trauma-informed?
Deeply so. Ayla Lei's entire approach is trauma and neurologically informed. You will learn not just how to guide meditation but how to do so with real care for the nervous systems in your room — including your own.
You don't have to be perfect to start coaching. You need to be present, trained, and deeply grounded. This program builds all three.
