Youth Intensive · Ages 13–25 · 6–8 Weeks · Summer 2025
For young women who are ready to lead from the inside out.
This is not a self-help program or a lecture series. Rising Leaders is an immersive, experiential summer intensive where young women learn the inner skills that every leader, communicator, and human being actually needs — and almost no one was ever taught.

A Letter to Parents & Guardians
I've spent years working with young women, and I've noticed something consistent: the most capable, intelligent, creative young women are often the ones who struggle most. Not because they aren't enough — but because no one taught them how to understand what's happening inside them.
No one taught them how to feel angry without exploding or shutting down. How to speak up in a room that doesn't seem to welcome their voice. How to navigate failure, friendship, pressure, and their own inner critic without losing themselves. How to trust themselves.
Rising Leaders was built to close that gap. Over 6 to 8 weeks, your daughter will learn emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness, leadership presence, and nervous system tools — in a space designed specifically for her. Not a lecture. Not a worksheet. A real, relational, transformational experience.
My approach is trauma-informed, neurologically grounded, and deeply caring. I work with young women because this is where transformation has the longest reach. The tools she learns this summer will serve her for the rest of her life.
I would be honored to spend this summer with your daughter.

The Curriculum
"Leadership isn't about being the loudest in the room. It's about being the most grounded — and that starts from the inside."
— Ayla Lei

What ages is this program designed for?
Rising Leaders is designed for young women ages 13–25. The content is developmentally appropriate and Ayla has specific experience working with both teens and young adults. Students within this age range often find incredible community and resonance with each other.
My daughter is shy and anxious. Is this the right fit?
Yes — and this program was made for her. Ayla's approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and never performative. Students are never put on the spot. The space is designed to be emotionally safe, and many of the most transformative breakthroughs happen for students who describe themselves as "quiet" or "sensitive."
How is this different from therapy?
Rising Leaders is a coaching and education program, not therapy. It is not a replacement for mental health treatment. What it does offer is practical tools, community, and embodied learning that complements therapeutic work beautifully. Many students do both simultaneously.
What does a typical session look like?
Each 75-minute session opens with a grounding breathwork practice, moves into the week's topic with experiential activities and discussion, includes a somatic or movement practice, and closes with integration and reflection. It's active, relational, and never boring.
Is this program appropriate for girls who have experienced trauma?
Ayla Lei is a trauma and neurologically informed practitioner. The program is specifically designed to be safe for students who carry trauma — it never forces emotional disclosure and always prioritizes nervous system safety first. If you have specific concerns, please reach out directly before enrolling.
Can my son or non-binary child enroll?
The current Rising Leaders program is designed specifically for young women and those who identify with the feminine experience. Ayla is working on programming for broader audiences in 2026. Please reach out if you'd like to be added to a future waitlist.
Give her the summer that changes everything — not just this year, but for the rest of her life.
